  2/27/13 I called Heat Surge HT at (800) 504-8089 and spoke with a rep named Linda who said I need to call the customer service number at 800-924-7964 to discuss the complaint. I followed up with an email to [email protected] to inform them of the complaint filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaint. I will update when there is more information.
